How to unlock Horse and level up

Getting the Spectral Steed Whistle

Melina will tell you her story and then she will ask you to accept her gift. Once, you accept her gift you’ll get the spectral Steed Whistle.

Getting the Spirit calling Bell and Lone wolf Ashes

You have to go to the Church of Elleh at night time, you will find a witch NPC there. You have to talk to the witch. You have to tell her that you have got the Spectral Steed. She will then tell you that she has some things for the Spectral Steed whistle from his last owner. She will give you the Spirit calling bell and the Lone Wolf Ashes and you’re good to go.

You have to tell the witch that you call the Spectral Steed.

With Spirit calling Bell, you can use ashes to summon various spirits. You can summon one spirit at a time. Summoning will consume FP.

As the Witch has also awarded you the Lone Wolf Ashes. You can now summon Lone Wolf when in a fight with enemies and use them to your advantage.

Upgrading Spirit Ashes

You have to go to Stormvield castle, you have to make your way to the Rampart Tower.

In the Rampart tower, in the main courtyard, there is a room where you’ll find some dead bodies are stacked on one another. You will find Chrysalid’s memento.

Now you have to travel to Stormhill Shack where you will find the woman NPC called Roderika. You have to give Chrysalid’s memento to the Roderika.

Unlocking Spirit Tuner

Now you have to travel to Table of Lost Grace and go to Roundtable hold and talk to Roderika again. You will now unlock the Spirit Tuner. Spirit Tuner is the spirit upgrade and you summon an upgrade system in Elden Ring. You can see all the spirits you have available in the spirit tuner. You can easily manage and upgrade your available spirits in the spirit tuner according to your playstyle.
